The Kentucky Beer Wholesalers Association (KBWA) applauds today’s final passage of Senate Bill 15 by the House of Representatives. We are grateful to our state legislators across the Commonwealth who listened to all sides and worked to craft a successful legislative compromise that benefits Kentucky’s entire beer industry.SB 15 provides economic relief to our craft brewery partners amid theCOVID-19pandemic, while maintaining fair and equitable contracting parameters.
